For established businesses

Your systems work. They're just slowing you down.

You already have infrastructure, applications, and a team that keeps them running. The problem isn't that nothing works. It's that shipping anything new takes weeks, nobody wants to touch the deploy process, and every cloud invoice is a surprise. We fix that without asking you to throw it all away.

Does any of this sound familiar?

If you recognize three or more, an assessment will pay for itself.

Deploys are manual and scary

Releases happen after hours, only one or two people can do them, and rollback means restoring a backup.

You find out from customers

No meaningful alerting, logs scattered across servers, and no way to answer "when did this start?" without guessing.

The cloud bill keeps climbing

Nobody can explain the increase, resources were provisioned by people who left, and nothing is tagged or attributed.

Infrastructure only exists in the console

It was clicked into existence years ago. There's no code, no review trail, and rebuilding it would take months of archaeology.

Access control is a spreadsheet

Shared credentials, long-lived keys, and an audit request that would take two weeks to answer honestly.

AI pilots never reach production

Promising demos stall because there's no governed way to route model traffic, control spend, or connect to real company data.

How we modernize without breaking you

The riskiest thing we could do is rewrite everything at once. So we don't.

01

Assess what you already have

Two weeks. We map your infrastructure, deployment process, data flows, access model, and spend. You get a written report: what's actually at risk, what's fine, what it costs to fix each item, and in what order.

That report is yours regardless of whether you hire us for the build.

02

Stabilize before you modernize

First we stop the bleeding: working backups that are actually restorable, real monitoring and alerting, credentials rotated and centralized, and a repeatable deploy. Nothing gets migrated until you can see and recover what you have today.

03

Codify the environment

We bring existing infrastructure under Terraform, add a CI/CD pipeline with proper environments, and put change behind code review. From this point on, your platform can be rebuilt from a repository instead of from memory.

04

Migrate workload by workload

Applications move onto the new platform one at a time, each with a tested rollback. Low-risk services first to prove the pattern, then the ones that matter. No cutover weekends, no all-or-nothing switch.

05

Hand it to your team

Runbooks, architecture documentation, and working sessions with your engineers until they're comfortable operating it. If you'd rather we keep running it, that's an option, not a requirement.

What you end up with

Concrete artifacts, not a slide deck.

A Terraform repository that describes your entire environment
CI/CD pipelines with separate dev, staging, and production
Centralized logging, metrics, tracing, and on-call alerting
Identity-based access with secrets out of source control
Tagged, attributable cloud spend with cost alerting
Tested backup and disaster recovery procedures
Architecture docs and runbooks written for your engineers
A governed path to production for AI and data workloads

Start with the assessment

Two weeks, fixed scope, written findings. You'll know exactly what's at risk and what it costs to fix, before committing to a build.
