For startups building from zero

Ship fast now. Without paying for it later.

You have a product to build and no time to build infrastructure. The shortcuts you take this quarter become the reason you can't hire, can't pass a security review, and can't scale in eighteen months. We stand up the foundation properly the first time, in weeks, not quarters, so your engineers write product code instead of YAML.

The shortcuts that get expensive

Every one of these is reasonable at month three and painful at month eighteen.

Everything clicked in the console

Fast today. But there's no second environment, no review trail, and no way to reproduce production when it breaks.

One person knows how it works

Your infrastructure lives in a founding engineer's head. Onboarding takes weeks and vacations are stressful.

Security deferred to "later"

Then your first enterprise customer sends a security questionnaire and the deal stalls for a quarter.

No backup you've ever restored

Backups that have never been tested are not backups. You find out which kind you have on the worst possible day.

Deploying straight from a laptop

Works until the second engineer joins. Then every release is a coordination problem and a source of outages.

Due diligence finds all of it

Technical due diligence at your next round surfaces every shortcut at once, with your valuation attached to the answer.

What we set up, and in what order

Right-sized for your stage. We're not going to sell you a service mesh for a product with forty users.

01

Pick the stack, honestly

A short working session on your product, team size, compliance exposure, and growth plan. Sometimes the right answer is Kubernetes. Often it's managed containers and a managed database. We'll tell you which, and why.

02

Cloud foundation

Account structure, networking, identity, and separate environments, all in Terraform from the first commit. Budget alerts and resource tagging are set up before the first dollar is spent, not after the first surprise invoice.

03

Delivery pipeline

Push to main, tests run, image builds, staging deploys, production goes out behind an approval. Rollback is one action. Your engineers stop thinking about deployment entirely.

04

Observability and security baseline

Logs, metrics, traces, and alerts that reach a human. Secrets in a vault, least-privilege access, encrypted data, and dependency scanning in the pipeline. Enough to answer a customer security questionnaire without a fire drill.

05

Data and AI, if you need it

If AI is part of the product, we put a gateway in front of it from the start, with model routing, spend limits, prompt logging, and access control. Far cheaper than retrofitting governance after launch.

06

Hand over the keys

Documentation, runbooks, and training so your team owns it. No proprietary tooling, no lock-in, nothing that requires calling us. Keep us on retainer only if it's genuinely cheaper than hiring.

What you end up with

Everything in your accounts, your repositories, under your control.

Cloud accounts structured for growth, not retrofitted later
Dev, staging, and production that actually match
A CI/CD pipeline your engineers never have to think about
Monitoring and alerting that pages a person, not a dashboard
A security baseline that survives customer questionnaires
Backups you have watched us restore at least once
Cost visibility per environment and per service
An architecture story that holds up in due diligence

Get the foundation right the first time

Tell us what you're building and where you are. We'll come back with a scoped plan, a timeline, and a cost range, usually within 48 hours.
